    Because it takes …
Because it takes many comments to inform people about the health benefits of the sun.

    Djork05: FACT: …
Djork05: FACT: Melanoma rates increase the further you get from the equator.

    Djork05: Oh by the …
Djork05: Oh by the way, of those individuals diagnosed with melanoma, many of those people’s illnesses were caused by LACK OF SUNSHINE. Look it up! The information is there with studies and research to back it up.

    Djork05: In fact, …
Djork05: In fact, carrots are good for you. Same with red wine, enough red wine will kill you, a small amount is beneficial to you. If anyone is a stupid asshole, you are!! As far as other cancers are concerned, yes, do not worry about them. Melanoma is extremely rare. Approx 1 in 5,074 or 0.02% or 53,600 people in USA get melanoma annually. 2 hundredths of one percent!!!!!! You need proper food, fresh air, exercise, proper rest and YES, adequate sunshine to your body on UNPROTECTED skin.

    Djork05: TROLL! …
Djork05: TROLL! The only troll here is you asshole! An internet troll is someone who intentionally places a provocative comment on a web site to stir up controversy. That wasn’t my intention at all! My intention was to warn people about the sunscreen industry and the American Academy of Dermatology. They have agendas and they are NOT for the public good. My comments are not idiotic and are based on fact. If you eat enough carrots, they will kill you, but that doesn’t mean carrots are bad.

    Ugh, I can’t …
Ugh, I can’t believe a troll sucked me into commenting on youtube. However, I just wanted to clarify that I don’t think people a thousand years ago lived half as long as us because they didn’t have sunscreen. I just meant they didn’t have to worry about it because they had so many other problems. People died from colds back then. Sun damage was the least of their concern.

    The sun isn’t the …
The sun isn’t the only source of vitamin D. For example, it’s in milk. It only takes 10 minutes of sun exposure to get your daily intake of it anyway. People lived a thousand years ago without sunscreen…and their average lifespans were less than half of ours. If we’re not going to prevent skin cancer based on your “logic”, we don’t have to worry about other forms of cancer either. I’m not saying you have to fear the sun and always put sunscreen on your child when they’re outside.

    Normally, I ignore …
Normally, I ignore idiotic comments on Youtube, but yours could potentially harm people so I have to say something. Why would dermatologists speak out against the dangers of overexposure to the sun if it wasn’t true? Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer! Therefore, they make more money from stupid people like you that ignore their warnings and need treatment afterwards. , Sunscreen companies could make suntan lotion instead if they wanted to lie to us just to make more money.

    The American …
The American Academy of Dermatology and the sunscreen industry have been working hand in hand spreading propaganda about the dangers of the sun for years now. They are spreading lies. Do not believe them. The sun is necessary for health. If you want healthy children with strong bones and bodies, let them play in the sun without sunscreen. Also the sun is good for eye health. Sunglasses prevent the sun from reaching the eyes.

    tHIS VIDEO IS A …
tHIS VIDEO IS A TOTAL LIE! DO NOT USE SUNSCREEN ON YOUR KIDS! THE SUN IS GOOD FOR YOUR CHILDREN. PEOPLE LIVED FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS WITHOUT SUNSCREEN. THE SUN IS NECESSARY FOR GOOD HEALTH. SUNSCREEN PREVENTS VITAMIN D FORMATION IN THE SKIN. VITAMIN D PREVENTS MELANOMA, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, PROSTATE CANCER, BREAST CANCER, AS WELL AS OTHER INTERNAL CANCERS. YES, IT DOES CAUSE SKIN WRINKLING EVENTUALLY, BUT THE BENEFITS FAR OUTWEIGH THE DEFICITS
